We reserve the right to reject any receipts where there are serious concerns about validity and/or legal or ethical issues. Any clarification should be sought via CONTACT US, ideally before the game, in question, is played. 
Copies of original receipts are normally acceptable ( but always at the game promoter's discretion). We reserve the right to refuse receipts that do not meet normal requirements.
Games with a "Sponsored Rewards" tag attached are also subject to any terms and conditions set down by the awarding party on the relevant game page. click here 
The submission of an entry to one edition of any CLOCKWORD competition is taken to demonstrate that a player understands and commits to always abide by these and other terms and conditions, included on the website, and that they may be altered at any time. Any changes will be displayed on the website in a timely manner.
A claim may not always be paid as cash but, on occasions, by agreement with the winning player, as products or services, brand vouchers or credit notes or a combination of these formats. ( This will be specified on the relevant game page where necessary ).
Payouts can be subject to the verification of "qualified costs" and to any additional and specific limitations or restrictions flagged in advance of a particular game.
